REMOVAL OF A TRUSTEE
Two recent cases (Wilby v Rigby [2015] EWHC 2394 (Ch) and Harris v Earwicker [2015] EWHC 1915 (Ch) illustrate difficulties when trying to replace or remove an executor. The position is similar when trying to remove a trustee as we explain.
