FLEXI-ACCESS PENSIONS, DEATH BENEFITS AND INHERITANCE TAX
Flexi-access pensions begin on 6 April 2015. Whilst the income tax position on death benefits has been clear for some time, there have been several questions with regard to the inheritance tax treatment. We have now had substantial clarification of these issues from HMRC.
