THE SOCIAL SECURITY REVALUATION OF EARNINGS FACTORS ORDER 2012

The earnings factors for tax years 1978/79 to 2011/12 relevant to the calculation of the additional pension in the rate of any long term benefits; or, of any guaranteed minimum pension; or to any other calculation required under Part III of the Pension Schemes Act 1993, have been set out in Orders laid before Parliament on 31 January 2011.
