SUPREME COURT UPHOLD SELDON RULING
The Supreme Court has upheld the rulings of the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, which enabled Mr Seldon’s employer, Clarkson Wright and Jakes, to operate its own default retirement age.
