ADVOCATE GENERAL FINDS IN FAVOUR OF COMPULSORY RETIREMENT AGE
The Advocate General has decided in the case of Palacios de la Villa v Cortefiel Services SA, that has been referred to the ECJ, that the European principle of non-discrimination on the grounds of age does not preclude a compulsory retirement age.
