GOVERNMENT CONSULTS ON EXEMPTING EUROPEAN EMPLOYERS FROM AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS
The Government is consulting on the draft Occupational and Personal Pensions Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2012, which are designed to exempt employers from automatically enrolling individuals who are subject to the social and labour laws of EEA member States relevant to the field of occupational pension schemes other than the UK.
